Amita has a multitalented personality and is on the board of Director at Lions Club of Singapore Broadway. She acted in a play organized by the club to raise funds for Lions Foundation. Money raised by such events is than used to do charity for Elderly and Children with Down syndrome.
Amita won “Most Inspiring Queen 2015” for Mrs. Global India Singapore 2015 Pageant. She was crowned by IWA President Ms. Sukanya Pushkarna.
Amita acted in a TV series called ‘Crimson’ episode on caste discrimination in India. It was a pivotal role of a Dalit woman. It was telecast on Channel News Asia. She also acted in few other TV series and documentaries.
Amita was one of the 7 finalist for Ms. Personality Contest by Radio Masti and Mio TV.
Amita was chosen as one of the five beauties for a month long makeover by AesCure Aesthetic clinic. It was a big event where they were unveiled as five makeover beauties.
Amita is an Artist and paint in many mediums like Oil, Acrylic, Poster color, Charcoal etc. She has done a few shows and sold a few paintings. She also knows About 20 different styles of Embroidery, Thermocoal Carving and Graphic Designing. She is also a successful designer who won “Best Designing Performance” award from the Edit Institute in India, due to her skill in creating animated jewelry. She also enjoys writing in Hindi as well as English. Amita Likes Challenges and recently completed a Two year full time Diploma in “3D Character Animation”
Amita is currently busy establishing her Art and Craft Classes for children and adults. She Knows about 20 different styles of Embroidery. Knows Thermocoal Carving, Batic Painting and Painting in various mediums.
She believes that “When you find yourself in the position to help someone, be happy and feel blessed because God is answering that person’s prayer through you.
